The North Star Morgan Americana Horse Show originated in 1957 in St. Cloud, MN and is currently in it’s 53^rd year. It is held at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds these days and is the largest Morgan breed show in the Upper Midwest. The show is a USEF Class A rated Morgan show and new this year, we have achieved a Four Star Show Rating by the American Morgan Horse Association.

In addition to our Morgan Division, the show offers an Open Carriage Division which is rated N by the USEF, Open Ranch Horse classes and new for 2010 we are offering two Open Opportunity Reining classes.

A Youth of the Year Contest will be held the day before the show.

The show annually holds a Benefit Performance and Silent Auction to benefit Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota. The Silent Auction will be held throughout the show and the benefit performance will be held as the Saturday evening session of the show.

The North Star Morgan Americana Horse Show has become a 4^th of July tradition in Minnesota.  Please come and enjoy our show and celebrate the Morgan breed!
